Placements24 is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our growing SaaS team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Executives while working in a hybrid model with occasional office days.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, are tech-savvy, and motivated to learn the SaaS space. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, and relocation to Centurion is supported.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to identify potential customers for our SaaS platform.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
• Educate prospects on the features and benefits of the SaaS solution, generating interest and demand.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team in Centurion, Gauteng.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
• Research target accounts and industry trends to improve outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and prospect insights.
