Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote sales team. You will identify and qualify prospects, initiate the funnel, and set up meetings for Account Executives from anywhere in South Africa.

The role offers flexibility, a supportive virtual environment, and opportunities to grow into Account Executive or Sales Management positions. Ideal candidates have B2B/SaaS sales experience, strong communication, and self-motivation to work remotely

Qualifications

• Proven sales/B2B/SaaS experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Independent remote worker with discipline.
• English fluency (additional SA languages a plus).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
• Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and determine fit.
• Qualify leads and accurately record interactions in CRM.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine lead strategies.
