Placements24 is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fully remote sales team supporting operations in Cape Town. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads and setting the stage for successful engagements in the SaaS space.

Key responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and arranging product demonstrations for Account Executives, while collaborating with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales development or inside sales role.
• Strong communication, active listening and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Qualify inbound leads to fit defined criteria for the sales team.
• Articulate value proposition of SaaS products to prospects.
• Schedule introductory calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback.
