Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Sales Specialist in South Africa to drive SaaS product sales from a remote setting. The role focuses on Richards Bay area clients, leveraging digital tools to engage prospects and close deals.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in sales, proven remote quota attainment, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce and Zoom/Teams is preferred. Fully remote with commission-driven earnings and home-office support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS or technology.
• Proven success in achieving sales quotas in remote/inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities via phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct online demos of SaaS products highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Develop understanding of SaaS solutions and customer pain points.
• Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and materials.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to product teams from customer interactions.
