Placements24 seeks a motivated Remote Sales Specialist to drive SaaS subscriptions across SMBs in South Africa. You will engage prospects remotely, run online demos, and guide buyers through the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to close deals from a fully remote setup while collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in SaaS/tech sales
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities
• Experience with CRM and virtual meeting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients via remote channels (email, social, phone)
• Conduct online product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close for SaaS subscriptions
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM
