Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing, working within the South African market. You will qualify leads, present products virtually, and manage relationships using CRM tools in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-step sales cycles remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with the South African market, especially Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product information and qualifying leads.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel with effective follow-up strategies.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, understanding customer needs, and negotiating terms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
