Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Full‑Cycle Sales Representative to be the first dedicated sales hire at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company serving field service and operations businesses. You will own the entire sales funnel end to end—from inbound response and outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.

You will be the single sales seat reporting directly to the founder, owning pipeline, CRM hygiene, SOP execution, and closing software subscriptions and professional services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing or significantly contributing to close of B2B software or high‑consideration sales.
• Ability to own the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Excellent spoken English and confident remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to discovery, demos, proposals, and close.
• Lead structured discovery calls covering needs, tools, decision process, timeline and budget signals.
• Run product demos with support from customer success and send proposals with follow‑ups.
• Close software subscriptions and professional services and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, update pipeline stages and logging of every touch.
