Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead our remote-capacity operations from South Africa, with occasional travel to key meetings or sites. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with remote or distributed team experience.
• Experience in managing inventory, supply chain, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with retail management software and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to optimize retail performance across all channels.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Manage and improve operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
