You will collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service to drive growth, manage inventory with 3PL partners, optimize conversions via analytics, and lead remote teams with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce operations management.
• Proven ability to scale online retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership for remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Authorized to work remotely in South Africa.
