The ideal candidate has 7+ years in retail management, 3+ in senior operations, strong data analytics, KPI discipline, and the ability to lead remote teams while partnering with marketing and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail management, including 3+ years in a senior operational role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies in a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, financial management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance profitability.
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize shrinkage across locations.
