Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine operational strategies to improve efficiency across all outlets.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, logistics and store operations.
• Establish KPIs for retail operations and drive improvements.
• Manage budgets and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and IT to align goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead regional managers and store teams to excellence.
• Analyze performance data and report to senior management.
• Implement technology solutions to boost operational effectiveness.
• Develop SOPs for retail operations and mitigate risks.
