You will lead strategic operational plans, manage budgets, optimize supply chain and inventory, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in retail operations, strong leadership, and a expertise in P&L, ERP systems, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management with leadership
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L responsibility
• Expertise in supply chain, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with ERP and data analysis tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic retail operation plans for nationwide locations
• Manage operational budgets and control costs to maximize ROI
• Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory control, and stock management
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance
• Maintain high standards of customer service and in-store experience
• Lead and mentor remote operational teams for high performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety, and policies
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align strategies
