Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for retail operations across all locations, focusing on efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the Johannesburg retail market or managing national operations is a plus.
