Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join a distributed, fully remote consultancy. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across diverse sectors, from a remote setup.

Based with Centurion, Gauteng as a reference point, the role offers complete flexibility to work from anywhere. You will collaborate with clients and candidates remotely, using technology to drive results and deliver exceptional recruitment

Competenze

• 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in consultancy.
• Proven success in managing recruitment projects and placements.
• Strong verbal and written communication for remote work.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
• Source candidates using digital tools, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with clients remotely to understand hiring needs.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies for diverse markets.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and trends.
• Ensure high candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet and exceed placement targets in a remote setting.
