Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment and managing full lifecycle remotely.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with virtual rapport-building.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
• Experience conducting virtual interviews and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process remotely for diverse roles.
• Conduct needs analysis with clients via video conferencing and digital channels.
• Utilize online sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates globally.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial video interviews, assess fit.
• Coordinate virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and pre-boarding for successful hires.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Collaborate with remote team members using digital tools.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices online.
