Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in international or remote roles.
• Proficiency with global recruitment platforms, CRMs and sourcing tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting.
• Understanding of international employment practices and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for international clients across continents.
• Source candidates via online platforms, social media and digital channels.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assess fit for international roles.
• Manage remote client relationships with clear updates on progress.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding for international hires.
