Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team in a fully remote, South Africa-based role. You will source, attract, and onboard top talent across departments, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an seamless candidate experience in a remote-first setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in recruitment, with proven success in sourcing through multiple channels and strong interview and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven success in sourcing candidates using various online platforms and social media.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various open positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and ATS to manage candidate data efficiently.
