Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Specialist to support clients across South Africa. You will manage multiple recruitment projects from a virtual setting, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top candidates.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage advanced sourcing, conduct thorough pre-screening, and maintain ATS records while delivering timely feedback to candidates and ensuring a positive employer brand experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or RPO.
• Ability to recruit for a wide range of roles from entry to specialized.
• Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with quick rapport-building.
