Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their distributed team. In this fully remote role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of clients and roles, leveraging digital tools to connect with talent globally.

You will focus on identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber candidates while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment with ability to manage remote processes.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools, ATS, and digital software.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management, organization, and time management for remote work.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates virtually.
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse client needs, entirely remotely.
• Source and engage top talent using online platforms and ATS.
• Build and maintain virtual relationships with clients and candidates.
• Coordinate virtual interviews and remote onboarding.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition advice to clients.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
