Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Real Estate Project Manager to oversee complex development and construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring quality control across multiple initiatives in Mpumalanga and beyond.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 6+ years of PM experience in real estate or construction, and strong leadership with remote team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience: minimum 6 years in project management within real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of real estate development projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and report to senior management.
