Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Manager for a fully remote position. You will lead the entire development lifecycle—from concept and feasibility through design, construction, and handover—directing strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial forecasting, risk management, permits, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and lenders. A 10+ year track record in large-scale developments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive real estate development project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of real estate development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analyses, and site evaluations for opportunities.
• Manage acquisitions including due diligence and purchase negotiations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout design and construction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and funding arrangements.
