Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Development Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee end-to-end development projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

The candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in real estate development or construction management, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate development project management or construction management.
• Proven track record of delivering diverse real estate development projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and PM principles.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate development projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee bidding and selection processes for contractors and providers.
• Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, quality standards and safety.
• Secure permits, approvals, and entitlements from authorities.
• Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Review and approve invoices and payment applications.
