Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Construction Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, all while working remotely. The role is based out of Centurion and supports projects across various locations, utilizing technology for seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 7 years of progressive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote project teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, reports, and change orders.
• Utilize project management software and collaboration tools to maintain project visibility and control.
