Langford Staffing is recruiting Outbound Sales Consultants for a client operating high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, qualify opportunities, address questions, and transfer qualified consumers to a sales representative.

This role focuses on gaining attention, creating interest, and securing immediate live transfers while working remotely on U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales or telesales experience.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Listen and identify blockers to continuing.
• Respond to objections and time concerns.
• Explain value of speaking with a sales rep.
• Ask for live transfers from qualified consumers.
• Provide clear introductions to receiving reps.
• Record notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer expectations.
