Langford Staffing is seeking Outbound Sales Consultants to work remotely for clients running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact leads via an automatic dialer, qualify opportunities, handle objections, and arrange immediate live transfers to sales representatives.

This role emphasizes strong English communication, experience with dialers and CRMs, and the ability to meet call and transfer targets during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in outbound sales or related roles
• Experience with automatic/predictive dialers
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills
• Experience meeting call/transfer/sales targets
• Clear, professional spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly
• Ask qualification questions and listen for objections
• Respond to rejection and concerns and keep conversations moving
• Record notes, outcomes and dispositions accurately
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer targets
