Langford Staffing is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. This full-time remote position operates on U.S. Eastern Time hours, focusing on turning conversations into qualified live transfers.

You will speak with company-provided consumer leads via an automatic dialer, qualifying prospects and passing them to a sales representative. You will not close the final sale, but will aim to maximize transfers and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales or outbound sales.
• Experience using an automatic dialer.
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience working toward call targets, transfers, conversions, or appointments.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with consumers throughout the day.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are impatient or upset.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident and professional introductions.
