Langford Staffing is hiring an experienced Outbound Sales Representative for US-based calling campaigns. This remote, full-time role uses an automatic dialer to contact approved leads, qualify prospects, and transfer them to the appropriate representative.

You will work on Eastern Time hours, maintain accurate CRM notes, and meet targets for qualified transfers per hour. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outbound dialing, strong English, and comfort with fast-paced, metric-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of outbound calling or telesales experience.
• Experience with high-volume dialers like automatic dialers.
• Ability to qualify consumers and handle objections.
• Experience completing warm or live transfers.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilités
