Qualifications

• 3+ years in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling appointments or transfers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, or call targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical property owners.
• Accurate CRM, call-notes, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain property owners' attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about owners and properties.
• Confirm property counts and occupancy status.
• Explain the $100 monthly cost and program value.
• Handle objections regarding price, need, timing, trust, or tenants.
• Move qualified owners to a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when needed.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily transfer or appointment targets.
