Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound call center or telesales experience.
• Strong English speaking and telephone communication skills.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Comfort with meeting call/transfer targets and handling objections.
• Accurate CRM, call-note and disposition habits.
• Willingness to be coached and to apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the program’s C$100 monthly cost and potential value.
• Respond to busy, skeptical, or upset owners.
• Explain why the program must be active before a covered default.
• Ask qualified owners to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Follow scripts, rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.
