Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to contact rental-property owners about a rental-guarantee program. You will qualify leads, make high-volume outbound calls, and arrange live transfers for a sales representative.

The role emphasizes effective communication, objection handling, and meeting performance targets while working remotely with compatible hours in US Eastern Time. Training and coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in outbound sales or related roles.
• Experience with an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/sales targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English.
• Calmness with skeptical or difficult prospects.
• Accurate CRM, call notes, and dispositions.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce Royal York and the purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Identify whether the owner meets the campaign’s basic requirements.
• Respond to objections related to cost, interest, timing, trust, or existing services.
• Explain the potential value of rental-income protection.
• Ask qualified property owners to speak with a sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
