Job summary

Royal York Property Management is hiring Lead Generation Representatives to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. The role is remote, full-time, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time hours, with an annual target of CAD 40,000–50,000.

You will generate interest, qualify opportunities, and secure immediate live transfers to Royal York sales. Prior outbound calling and dialer experience are required; strong English communication is a must.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward lead, call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain calm with skeptical, impatient, or difficult property owners.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• The ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Contact property owners through a high-volume automatic dialer.
• Gain the owner’s attention within the first few seconds.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm the number of rental properties and occupancy status.
• Respond to objections involving cost, need, timing, trust, or existing tenants.
• Explain the potential value of protecting monthly rental income.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily lead and transfer targets.
