Job summary

Royal York Property Management, inc. is hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives to contact residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. You will operate an automatic dialer, explain the program, and strive to turn outbound calls into qualified live transfers.

You will not close final sales; your goal is qualified transfers and adherence to scripts, with strong English communication and coaching readiness required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or live transfers.
• Experience using dialer software such as Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, or similar.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Explain the program’s C$100 monthly cost and potential value.
• Record accurate call notes and dispositions.
• Meet hourly and daily call and transfer targets.
