Qualifications

• Three+ years in outbound call centre, telesales, appointment setting, or live transfers.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Experience working toward call/transfer/appointment/conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult owners.
• Accurate CRM, call-notes, and dispositions.
• Willingness to be coached and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls with an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear, professional call openings.
