Job summary

The role focuses on outbound calls, warm/live transfers, and meeting transfer/appointment targets during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. A remote, full-time role with Canadian/International scope.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation.
• Experience using automatic or predictive dialers.
• Ability to qualify prospects before scheduling an appointment or transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience working toward transfer/appointment/conversion targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical property owners.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.
• Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.
• Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.
• Confirm number of properties and occupancy status.
• Explain the C$100 monthly cost and program value.
• Respond to objections on price, need, timing, trust, or tenants.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales rep.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when required.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily transfer or appointment targets.
