Qualifications

• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers and qualifying prospects.
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, or call targets.
• Clear, professional spoken English; calm with skeptical owners.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the rental-guarantee program and ask qualification questions.
• Respond to objections about price, timing, and trust.
• Schedule or transfer qualified owners to Royal York reps as needed.
• Record notes, outcomes, and dispositions; follow scripts and rules.
