Job summary

Royal York Property Management is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to speak with rental-property owners about its rental‑guarantee program. You will contact company-provided owner leads through an automatic dialer, introduce the program, qualify opportunities, and connect interested owners with a Royal York sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale or determine approval. Your role is to create interest, qualify the opportunity, and secure an immediate live transfer.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outbound sales or related experience.
• Experience using a dialer (automatic or predictive).
• Strong objection handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm with skeptical or difficult prospects.
• Proficient CRM, call notes, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to be available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and the purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions about the owner and property.
• Identify basic eligibility for the campaign.
• Handle objections related to cost, interest, timing, and trust.
• Explain the value of rental-income protection.
• Ask qualified owners to speak with a sales representative.
• Conduct warm and live transfers.
• Record call notes, outcomes and dispositions accurately.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance expectations.
