Sizekhaya is an entry-level IT Operations & Service Management (ITSM) specialist role in Johannesburg, South Africa. The position focuses on ITIL-based workflows, monitoring systems in a NOC, and incident logging with L1/L2 support.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in IT/CS/IS, understands ITIL basics, and showcases strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills for service delivery and operations support.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles.

Responsabilidades

• Support ITIL-based ITSM processes.
• Monitor systems within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment.
• Log incidents, triage and provide L1/L2 support.
• Contribute to runbooks, process documentation, and BRS development.
• Track system performance, uptime, and SLA compliance.
• Assist in integrating monitoring and alerting tools into ITSM workflows.
