The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of routing protocols, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, and relevant certifications (CCNA/CompTIA Network+).

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and managing telecommunications networks.
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Relevant IT or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network incidents and outages promptly.
• Respond to alerts, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Perform routine network health checks and maintenance.
• Collaborate with field technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and standard operating procedures.
