Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Lean Engineer to drive continuous improvement in a fully remote capacity. You will lead Kaizen events, implement 5S, VSM, Kanban and JIT, and mentor teams to eliminate waste and raise efficiency across operations.

With 4+ years of hands-on lean experience and a strong Six Sigma background, you will partner with leadership to embed lean in daily work and strategic planning while maintaining clear communication in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years lean implementation experience.
• Proven track record in facilitating lean workshops.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events and workshops to eliminate waste in processes.
• Develop and implement lean strategies: 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and JIT.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes and solutions.
• Develop standard work and train staff on lean principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed lean in operations and planning.
• Monitor effectiveness of lean initiatives and provide coaching.
