Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated and insightful Remote Lean Manufacturing Specialist to join their team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from any approved location and focuses on implementing lean principles across the organization’s operations.

You will lead remote Kaizen events, identify waste, develop SOPs, train staff via virtual platforms, monitor KPIs, and support visual management and remote tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong track record of waste reduction and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events remotely.
• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize best practices.
• Train and coach employees on lean principles via virtual platforms.
• Monitor KPIs related to lean initiatives and report on progress.
• Support the development of visual management systems and remote performance tracking tools.
