Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Industrial Efficiency Engineer to join a fully remote global operations team. You will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean and Six Sigma recommendations to boost productivity and cut costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on industrial efficiency and process optimization.
• Proven expertise in implementing lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and relevant software tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong virtual communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth remote analysis of operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategies based on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Design and optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operational procedures for maximum effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor efficiency trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with virtual teams, stakeholders, and management to champion and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for remote process implementation.
