Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Continuous Improvement Lead to spearhead operational excellence initiatives across the organization. This fully remote role supports operations historically based in Bloemfontein and requires a self-driven leader who can drive change through virtual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years in continuous improvement, operations with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proven success leading complex improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong remote leadership, facilitation and communication.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management tools and collaborative software platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Facilitate virtual workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions on continuous improvement principles.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure sustained gains.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
