Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles knowledge; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities
