Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Industrial Engineer specializing in Lean Manufacturing to drive operational excellence across multiple production facilities. This fully remote role guides on-site teams via virtual collaboration, focusing on waste elimination, process optimization, and lean adoption to boost productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with lean manufacturing focus.
• Experience implementing Kanban, Poka-Yoke, SMED.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and project management.
• Excellent remote communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives across operations.
• Identify and eliminate waste throughout value streams.
• Conduct value stream mapping and 5S; Kaizen events.
• Train and coach site teams on lean principles.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency and cost improvements.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and ensure project completion.
