Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Lean Manufacturing Facilitator to join their remote team, driving continuous improvement across production facilities. The role focuses on applying Lean principles to promote efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence, including training staff and guiding Kaizen events.

You will coach teams in 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and other Lean tools, develop KPIs, and enable sustainable performance improvements in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.
• Remote environment project management and change leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and training sessions.
• Implement Lean tools including 5S, VSM, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Coach staff across levels on Lean principles.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact.
• Promote continuous improvement culture.
