Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and SPC.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and simulation software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing and business processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, SOPs, and layouts.
- Apply lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with production, QA, and management to sustain improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
