Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or help desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network issues.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Install, configure, and update software and OS on user devices remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Maintain records in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user account management.
• Contribute to IT support documentation and knowledge base.
