Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Technical Support role or similar customer-facing IT position.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and technical procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to the development of the knowledge base with solutions and FAQs.
