You will diagnose complex issues, implement effective solutions, and contribute to stable and secure IT operations from your home office. Strong communication and autonomous work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for servers, networks, desktops, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Use ticketing systems to manage, track, and document requests and resolutions.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff with detailed descriptions.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and knowledge base articles.
