Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12 with interest in IT.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line remote IT support via email, chat, phone, and remote desktop.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Assist in setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Escalate complex problems to senior staff.
Contribute to IT knowledge base articles.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends and IT support best practices.
Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
